Responsibilities
• Contribute to sales strategy and plans • Manage customer relationship • Obtain new business and manage top clients • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients • Develop relationships with professional sector • Manage sales inquiries and assist in collections • Gather and share market intelligence • Utilize Navision/Qlikview and assist in reporting • Attend stock takes, conferences, and training sessions • Inspect construction sites and follow up on orders • Portray brand image and ensure clients have pricing • Have excellent product knowledge • Complete weekly call reports • Use company clocking system and offer alternatives • Promote slow-moving stock and chase up project orders • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Grade 12 and relevant Sales and Marketing qualification • 5 years of sales experience • Sound knowledge of industry/production processes • Computer literacy in MS Office • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
