Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Barloworld. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive business growth - Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet client needs - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development - Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company's services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Resilient and passionate about achieving results
