Since launching in 2015, we've managed over quarter of a million guest stays and have earned our clients over £111 million in the meantime.Job duties: Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline Fielding enquiries from prospective clients with efficiency Making calls to further qualify sales leads and pitch the Houst product Maintaining a high call to sign conversion rate Building your own outbound flow & comfortable cold calling Working with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding process Requirements 3 - 5 years Sales experience High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone and written. Naturally competitive Is excited about using new technology to transform an industry Sales or client-facing experience (required) Experience working with Close (CRM) would be an advantage Sales within the property industry would be an advantage but not required Willing to work the occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota within the team)
