This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, this individual is responsible for the Academic budget. ResponsibilitiesIdentifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market share within existing accounts.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.Providing regular reports and updates on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the account base through proactive prospecting and networking.Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the accounts.RequirementsManage and grow existing client relationships to achieve sales targets and foster long-term partnerships.Hold a bachelor's in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.Be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.Work in a way that works for you.We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
