SALES SPECIALIST - Beauty, Nail Care & Grooming

CAPE TOWN CENTRAL (W-Cape) - South Africa

START: A.S.A.P / Urgent hire

REPORT TO: Director / Sales Manager

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:

• R15,000 Basic Salary per month (Gross before benefits / commission or tax deductions)
• + Company Fuel Card - for company traveling only
• + Company Cell Phone & Tablet
• + Company benefits in addition to salary including Wheel Maintenance, Medical Aid contribution, Grooming contribution
• + Commission (in addition to CTC)
• TOTAL COST TO COMPANY per month R16,500 before commission

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Matric Certificate / Grade 12
2. Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems (anything Spa & Beauty related)
3. Trained in professional nail systems - BONUS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

1. Must have sales experience - Business to Business, department store sales will not suffice (regardless of industry)
2. Confident in nail systems currently trending and willing to learn new skills
3. Meticulous and accurate
4. Accountability
5. Able to build a lasting rapport with clients (new and existing)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be based in centrally in CAPE TOWN (including City Bowl / Milnerton / Southern Peninsula / Southern Suburbs or Atlantic Seaboard)
2. Own reliable vehicle with full insurance coverage
3. You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
4. Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
5. Accountable and reliable - this is a high pressure environment and results are demanded.
