We are in the process of recruiting long-term insurance salespeople for an awesome 1-year development program. You would be joining one of the TOP insurance firms in Mpumalanga (Kwaggafontein, Middleburg, Ermelo, and Nelspruit). 

NB The minimum requirements are not negotiable 

Responsibilities:

Min objective sells 120 policies a month, at the same time recruiting, developing, training representatives, and achieving even exceeding set targets. 

• Increasing policy sales 
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing reps
• Commission calculations
• Drive compliance
• Pushing reps to reach their targets
• Drafting sales reports
• Performance management of staff
• Ability to go over and above 120 policies monthly to qualify for commission 

Minimum Requirements are not NEGOTIABLE!!

1. Matric
2. MS Office proficient
3. Full FSCA qualification 
4. RE 1 and RE 5 certificates obtained
5. Valid DOFA 
6. CPD points (long-term insurance, investment)
7. COB - Class of business - (long-term insurance, investment) - plus point 
8. No less than 2 years experience in a Sales role within a long-term insurance company
9. Experience in Category A, B1, B2, C, and retail benefits
10. Tier 1 and Tier 2 product exposure 

Target driven

Relationship building skills

Leadership ability 

Must reside within the Mpumalanga

Excellent track record - sales 

Clear ITC (credit), Crim, Fraud
