As a Recruitment Candidate Consultant, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and ensuring they find roles that match their skills and career aspirations. • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments
• Provide career advice and support to candidates
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools
