Compliance Officer

SUMMARY:
Stable and dynamic accounting and advisory concern based in Centurion has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer. This is a new position that has been created and the role will be responsible for WSP and EE reports for BBBEE Verifications. Previous experience as a Skills Development Facilitator and knowledge of and experience with SETA is essential. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential. POSITION INFO:
Tertiary business qualification essential
Registration as a Skills Development Facilitator
Research, analysis and organisational skills essential
5 Years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
Solid understanding of grant applications and processes
Proven track record in grant submissions
Experience in drafting, compiling and submitting WSP and ATR's to various different SETA organisations
Knowledge of BBBEE legislation and EE legislation Responsibilities would include:
Skills Development - Annually
WSP / ATR reports and submissions Employment Equity - Annually
Conduct workplace audits
Design EE strategies and policies
Develop EE plans BBBEE - Annually
Monitor the implementation of the BBBEE strategic plan re. EE and training Need to be willing and able to travel to various clients in different provinces
