Job Description: Head of Dailer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing dailer performance
• Lead and manage a team of dailer specialists
• Monitor and analyze dailer metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with WFM team to forecast and plan dailer activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in dailer operations

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience working with dailer systems
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in dailer senior management
• Experience in workforce management (WFM)
• Experience in the BPO Call Centre industry
