You'll play a crucial role in optimizing IT operations and enhancing monitoring capabilities. From managing the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution to conducting user training sessions, your expertise will drive our success.

POSITION INFO:
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and configure the APM solution, with a focus on Dynatrace
- Develop strategic plans to enhance monitoring capabilities and align with organizational goals
- Implement and oversee application monitoring using Dynatrace
- Provide user training and ongoing support to empower teams
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met within the Dynatrace environment **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Dynatrace AppMon, Managed, and SaaS
- Experience with CI/CD automation and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in development tools such as Java, Apache WebServer, and SQL
- Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices **Skills Needed:**
