Job Description Hiring and training staff. Co-Ordinating staff rosters. Developing working relationships with front and back of house staff. Overseeing inventory ordering, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building. Maintaining smooth operations, high standards, and food safety practices across the restaurants. Qualifications Relevant Hospitality Management qualification.
Skills Must have at least 3 years experience in overseeing multiple restaurants or at least experience in overseeing a restaurant with at least 100 staff. Must be very customer focused. You will report to the Operations Director.
