Paarl │Stellenbosch Join a dynamic and growing fast food chain, consisting of eleven vibrant restaurants in Stellenbosch and Paarl as Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of the restaurants and oversee the seamless operation of all eleven locations. From optimizing workflows and streamlining processes to fostering a culture of excellence among our teams, your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

POSITION INFO: RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead a team of dedicated managers and staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor key performance metrics and financial indicators
- Oversee inventory management, quality control, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolutions
