SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Plant manager for our Client POSITION INFO:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production efficiency, quality control, inventory management, and workforce management. They will also develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and meet production goals, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
