Job Description - Premium Brand - New Vehicle Sales Manager


SUMMARY:
Premium Brand - New Vehicle Sales Manager
Gauteng, West Rand #DriveYourCareerForward by working for a premium vehicle brand.
If you are ready to take on a challenge as a sales manager, in the premium vehicle sector and would like to drive your career forward, then our client is looking for you to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the new car department, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. 

Remuneration:
R 276 000 – R 300 000 P.A, depending on experience plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel and Cell Phone Allowance

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

  • Lead and inspire the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectation.
  • Achieve maximum first and second gross profits
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimized stock levels and turnover
  • Initiate and close deals
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Must have min 5 years Automotive Car Sales Management experience at a franchise dealership
  • Experience within a Premium brand preferred
  • Proven Sales track record - 3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips
  • Self and Target Driven
  • Leads Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong Deal building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
  • Must have MS Office, Evolve, Sales Workplace Experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clear ITC
