The company has a number of products and companies under its umbrella, creating and building new products and solutions. The team would like to attract energetic, passionate individuals committed to growing with them.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of roughly 5 reports.
• Design and develop custom software modules and applications using SQL, Python and/or JavaScript.
• Develop advanced SQL Scripts to extract subsets of data from large databases.
• Software deployment of cloud distribution servers.
• The team is a support team whose focus is approximately 70% support of our existing software products, and 30% Development of brand new software products.
• Identify and implement improvements.
• Recommend and establish new ways of working, processes, tools, techniques and implement them.
• Motivate and mentor team members.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience would be a plus, but we are happy to mentor and guide those who have an interest in growing into a lead role should everything else fit.
• Able to identify areas of improvement.
• Establish/ recommend new ways of work, processes, tools, techniques and implement them.
• Can motivate/ mentor team members.
• Good communication skills and customer engagement.
• Software Development background is a requirement.
• Be obsessed with quality, customer service and driving excellence.
• Familiar with cloud-based architectures and solutions.
• Be able to work under pressure (as we are in growth stage, we are constantly chasing deadlines and work under pressure)
