Job Description:
As a Project Manager/Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with defined roadmaps. You will work closely with the project lead and team members to drive progress, manage relationships, and provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mapping Out Deliverables and Roadmaps: Collaborate with the project lead to outline project deliverables and develop detailed roadmaps.
• Driving Delivery: Ensure that project delivery aligns with the established roadmaps, maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines.
• Sprint Planning and Agile Practices: Assist the team with sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Team Coordination: Stay informed of all team activities, enabling team members to overcome blockers and ensuring seamless progress.
• Relationship Management: Manage relationships with collaborators outside of the team, following up on requests and maintaining clear communication channels.
• Status Reporting: Compile comprehensive status reports for use by the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Representation: Discuss the project in Steering Committees (Steercos) and represent it at other relevant forums, advocating for the project’s interests and needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
