ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is a leading provider of a Cloud-Based Cost Management Software solution, specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of the cost management software products, with a focus on SaaS solutions. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
DUTIES:
New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients across several different services industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on the company software offerings and their potential impact on their business objectives.
- Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and drive retention.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company software solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company products, addressing client pain points and demonstrating how the company solutions can address their specific needs.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor pipeline metrics, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to drive coordinated efforts and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling financial/technical software solutions, preferably SaaS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
