Senior Property Analyst, Pretoria

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Property Analyst for a permanent vacancy based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria in full:

• BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance or other business-related field. Minimum of Financial Accounting 2 or equivalent
• 4+ years’ experience in property investment / property finance structuring
• Experience in auditing, banking and / or sales and marketing advantageous

• Networking and marketing by developing relationships
• Design deal structures that will accommodate the client’s needs
• Conduct all required due diligence on : investment in commercial properties; equity investment in joint venture; providing funding to SME’s
• Compile investment proposal reports
• Portfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures)
