Finance Intern

Our client who is based in Wellington, is looking for a Finance Intern to join their team for the next 18 months. You will be based within the Finance division and be exposed to various tasks to ensure well-rounded experience This programme is ideal for candidates who has completed their N6 and require 18-months work experience to obtain their qualification. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Bank reconciliations Capturing invoices and credit notes Updating daily currencies Processing of general journals Debtor/ Creditor control, invoice, and reconciliations Prepare weekly and monthly payments REQUIREMENTS Minimum NQF6 Diploma in Finance Fluent in English and Afrikaans Reliable transport Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel Administration skills Resilient and able to work under pressure Committed and hardworking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work with accuracy and have attention to detail Self-disciplined SALARY: A monthly stipend to cover basic living expenses 18-months intensive work experience from a reputable company The opportunity to receive a strong reference and make yourself more employable Top learners in the programme will be considered for a permanent job offer in the company STARTING DATE: ASAP
