Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team by preparing and generating quotes, including obtaining costings from suppliers and completing simple quotes with provided training.
• Update and maintain CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers, customers, sales team, and other departments.
• Contribute to marketing efforts within the department, including assisting with mailers, marketing materials, and social media campaigns.
