NQF LEVEL 4 - FURTHER EDUCATION AND TRAINING CERTIFICATE

The programme is designed to meet the needs of those learners both employed or unemployed, who are already

involved in a junior management or supervisory role or who wish to gain knowledge and skills within the field of

management, leadership or supervision skills.

The qualification is aimed at Junior Managers of business units in small, medium and large organisation, or those aspiring

to these positions including team leaders, supervisors, foremen and section heads.

The programme is aimed at improving the productivity and efficiency of the manager within all occupations in South

Africa by providing knowledge and skills in key outcomes

NQF LEVEL 5 - NATIONAL CERTIFICATE

The Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing industry is increasingly becoming more diverse, complex, and growing at a fast rate both nationally and internationally.

Customer service is the key to success in the sector and this demands expert utilisation of technology which handles both basic and complex transactions.

This qualification is needed to empower entry level employees to deal effectively with the public and to make a meaningful, positive contribution to customer satisfaction and to the image of the organisation.
