Job Description - Customer Success Intern

Do you love technology and want to see how it powers real businesses? Are you excited to learn new software, solve problems, and help people succeed? If you’re curious, eager, and ready to grow, this internship is for you.

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Success team in Somerset West, Cape Town. You’ll work closely with customers, helping them use Zoho and other business solutions to reach their goals. No experience is needed – we’ll provide full training. This is a chance to start your career, gain hands -on skills, and grow into a full -time role.

 What You’ll Do in Your Internship

  • Help customers get started and succeed with Zoho and DSL Telecom solutions.

  • Assist with training, tutorials, and problem -solving to improve customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure customer success.

  • Learn to track accounts, spot challenges, and suggest smarter solutions.

  • Continuously improve your skills through training, self -learning, and hands -on projects.

 What We’re Looking For in a Customer Success Intern

  • Curious about technology and how businesses use it to grow.

  • Friendly, patient, and excited to learn and teach others.

  • Strong communicator with a positive, solution -focused attitude.

  • Self -motivated, reliable, and ready to take initiative.

  • Studying or qualified in Business, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or related fields. (Beneficial but not mandatory)


Requirements

You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You'll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West daily so we are open to local candidates only!

Schedule:
  • 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
