Hands-on Creative Experience: Work closely with our design team to produce marketing materials across multiple digital channels.
Mentorship from Industry Experts: Learn from marketing professionals with expertise in digital strategy, e-commerce, and brand development.
Strategic Learning in Data & Analytics: While you won’t be diving into reporting from day one, you’ll gain exposure to performance-driven marketing strategies and work towards understanding key marketing metrics.
Immersive Exposure: A supportive, dynamic workplace that fosters creativity and professional growth.
Creative & Design Support
Assist in design execution by collaborating with designers on weekly artwork, social media content, and marketing materials.
Edit and format creative assets to align with MyRunway’s brand identity and visual direction.
Support content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
Manage and schedule social media posts while engaging with MyRunway’s community.
Support the building of our content database and maintain organized digital assets.
Marketing Strategy & Insights (Developing Over Time)
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
Learn how to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and gradually develop analytical skills.
Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Recent degree with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital design principles—experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
Social media savvy: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
Copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiar with Email and Mobile Marketing concepts.
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in Digital Marketing, with an emphasis on Email and Mobile Marketing.
Knowledge of Copywriting (Preferred).
