Disabled Customer Service Intern

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  
• Assist clients in navigating their accounting-related software and resolving issues
  
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using internal systems
  
• Provide support to the customer service and finance teams as needed
  
• Contribute to improving service processes and documentation
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, preferable or a related field 
  
• Must have a disability 
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Not currently employed or engaged in full-time studies
  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software systems
  
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
