Job Description - Franchise Operations Internship

- Assists with the daily operations of a restaurant, from opening to closing
- Works all sections within a restaurant
- Supervises a team on duty, motivates and leads
- On the job training and coaching individuals and teams
- Manage inventory, ordering and issuing of stock
- Conducts restaurants visits, and provides detailed feedback on findings
- Protects brand integrity via compliance
- Customer facing, interacts and deals with queries and complaints

Requirements

- South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18 and 28
- Individual that has never been on a YES programme before.
- Our intern programme take place over the course of 12 months
- Minimum Tertiary Food related service Qualification
- Matric mandatory
- Individual that has obtained the qualification
