Role overview

The Technology Graduate – ServiceNow is an entry-level role designed for graduates with a strong interest in enterprise platforms, digital workflows and automation. The role provides hands-on exposure to the ServiceNow platform, supported by structured training, certification pathways and on-the-job learning.

Graduates will work under the guidance of experienced consultants and will progressively build the skills required to support, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions for Quintica clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in formal ServiceNow training and certification programmes aligned to Quintica’s graduate framework


• Support the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow applications such as HR Service Delivery, ITSM and custom workflows


• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements under supervision


• Perform basic configuration activities including forms, fields, workflows, notifications and reports


• Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT preparation and defect logging


• Maintain accurate documentation and follow Quintica delivery standards and governance processes


• Collaborate with consultants, developers and project teams across different engagements


• Provide basic user support and troubleshooting where required


• Demonstrate continuous learning and progressive skill development on the ServiceNow platform

Required qualifications and experience

• Recently completed or final-year qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field


• Basic understanding of digital systems, platforms or workflow-based solutions


• Exposure to concepts such as databases, systems configuration, or business processes is advantageous


• No prior ServiceNow experience required, but a strong interest in the platform is essential
