You must have a completed bachelor's degree and be willing to participate in a structured programme of up to 24 months, subject to successful progression through the programme's assessment gates.

What you will gain
Programme structure and progression
The programme includes formal progression gates at 3 months, 9 months and 12 months. At each gate, interns are assessed against predetermined success metrics, competency requirements, behavioural expectations and performance standards.
The number of interns in the programme reduces at each of these gates. Progression is based on formal assessments against the programme's defined success metrics, competency requirements, behavioural expectations and performance standards. These requirements will be communicated to participants at the start of each programme stage.
Your contract term is linked to these progression gates. Fixed-term contracts are linked to programme stages. Participants who successfully achieve the progression requirements and are approved for progression may be offered a contract for the next stage. Participants who do not meet the progression requirements will not progress to the next stage and their contract will expire on its agreed end date. Appointment to the internship therefore does not guarantee employment for the full 24 months.
Progression requirements and assessment criteria will be communicated to participants at the commencement of each programme stage and reviewed with them throughout the programme.
Interns who progress are expected to remain within the programme for its duration and will generally not be eligible to apply for other internal opportunities during their participation in the programme, unless approved by the Company. Under the programme’s internal mobility policy, applications for other Milpark roles follow successful completion. Completion does not guarantee a permanent position.
By submitting your personal information and application, you hereby confirm:
Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, and appointments will be made in line with our EE requirements.
