Qualifications and position requirements:

Minimum Qualification requirements:

• National diploma in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering or National diploma equivalent qualification in HSE Management / Environmental Health / Environmental Management or relevant field.

The ideal gradaute should have:

  • Knowledge of HSE tools and methods: 5 why methodology, Work Instructions, audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
  
  
  • Proven written and oral communication skills at all levels with good coordination abilities
  
  
  • Established teamwork principles with outstanding business operational ethics
  
  
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in a HSE capacity.
  
  
  • Age between 18-35 
  
  
  • Never been registerd with the Y.E.S Youth Program before. 
  
  
  • Able to speak, write and read english.
