Key Responsibilities

• Create visual content for digital and print platforms (social media, presentations, marketing material, etc.)
  
• Assist in developing brand -aligned creative concepts
  
• Edit and adapt existing designs based on business needs
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements
  
• Ensure consistency in branding across all materials
  
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements (Revised & Strengthened)

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  
• 1–2 years practical design experience (internship, freelance, or junior role), with a strong portfolio demonstrating real work (not just academic projects)
  
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop (image editing, compositing)
    
  • Illustrator (vector design, logos, illustrations)
    
  • InDesign (layout, print -ready documents)
    
• Solid understanding of:
  • Typography and layout principles
    
  • Brand consistency and visual identity systems
    
  • Digital vs print design requirements
    
• Ability to:
  • Translate a brief into a clear visual concept
    
  • Work under deadlines and manage multiple design tasks
    
  • Take feedback and iterate designs quickly
