🧑‍💻 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on intern to join our in-house marketing and design team. You’ll support both Grapevine Media (in-store brand experiences) and Green Media (marketing through media barter). Visit www.grapevinemedia.co.za for more details. This is a Junior-level internship designed to help launch your career in content creation, social media, and design.

You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing leads to make content that’s smart, scroll-stopping, and beautiful.

🚀 What You’ll Do

You’ll be involved in creating, capturing, and sharing content that brings our brands to life. This includes:

Content Creation:

• Take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of our activations

• Capture content for internal campaigns and client work

• Edit short videos and reels using tools like CapCut or InShot

Social Media:

• Plan and schedule weekly content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Write engaging captions and curate hashtags

• Spot trends and suggest content ideas that match our brands

Design:

• Design graphics and layout templates using Adobe

• Support the team with visuals for presentations and campaigns

• Assist in building marketing collateral for social, web, and internal use

🎓 Experience & Skills Required – Intern Level

• Recent graduate (or final-year student) in design, marketing, media, or content

• Small but strong portfolio showing creativity and an eye for visuals

• Comfortable using:

  • Canva (essential)

  • Basic tools in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • CapCut, InShot, or mobile-friendly video editing tools

  • Meta Business Suite or similar for social media scheduling

• A good feel for social trends, tone, and visual consistency

• Willing to learn and use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Runway, etc.)

• Proactive, reliable, curious, and open to feedback
