Learner: Business Analyst & Data Manager

Key
Responsibilities:

•  Assist with database administration and routine
  system maintenance.
  
•  Perform data cleansing, validation,
  de-duplication, and quality audits.
  
• Maintain accurate data across CRM systems, Zoho
  applications, and operational databases
  
• Gather operational data and assist with mapping
  business processes and workflows.
  
• Update and maintain dashboards, reports, and
  business intelligence tools.
  
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, risks,
  and improvement opportunities.
  
• Support data governance, user permissions, and
  system compliance. 
  
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports for
  management.
  Learn SQL, workflow automation, and low-code
  technologies under the guidance of the CTIO.
• Liaise with internal departments while
  maintaining confidentiality and POPIA compliance.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum
Qualifications/Certifications: 

• Grade 12 / Matric (Pre-tertiary level)
  
• School-level Computer Science / Information
  Technology (Highly Advantageous).
  
• High school Mathematics, Accounting, or Business
  Studies (Advantageous)
  

Minimum
Experience: 

• Entry-level learner position (no prior work
  experience required).
  
• Basic computer literacy.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google
  Sheets.
  
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new
  systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced digital environment.
  

Knowledge
& Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good organisational and communication skills.
  
• Interest in technology, business systems, data
  analytics, and process improvement.
  
• Willingness to learn SQL, business intelligence,
  workflow automation, and low-code platforms such as Zoho.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with
