Where will the successful candidate fit in?
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Department at RSAWEB. This internship will give you a comprehensive view of marketing functions including but not limited to marketing activations and digital marketing. You will get hands-on experience while working closely with our skilled team of marketing professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Activations:
1. Event Management: Assist in planning and executing successful marketing activations, including webinars, product launches, networking events, etc.
2. Logistics Coordination: Support the coordination of all related to activations, such as venues, materials, and guest management.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activations.
Digital Marketing:
1. Content Development: Assist in creating engaging digital content for our website, social media channels, and online campaigns.
2. SEO/SEM Support: Participate in search engine optimization and search engine marketing activities to enhance online visibility.
General Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct research on consumer trends, competitors, and market insights to support our marketing strategy.
2. Team Support: Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, including coordination of marketing events, preparing promotional materials, and maintaining project tracking documents.
3. Reporting: Assist in compiling and presenting reports on marketing campaign outcomes and metrics
Requirements
•Completed NQF 6 Marketing Diploma
•Academic record must be provided as proof of enrolment and eligibility.
•Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
•Commitment to completing the 12-month Internship
•Reliable transport to and from Northgate Business Park.
•Applicant must be based in Cape Town
•Applicant must be a South African Citizen
•No prior participation in any SETA internship
