The Quality Graduate is responsible to assist in ensuring that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the FES, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.\n\nThe main missions of the role are:\n\n * Follow a daily Routine\n * Creating documents\n * Document control and communication\n * Archiving obsolete documents\n * Archiving of important records\n * Communicating newsletter to the site\n * Document version management on the intranet\n * Management of post-audit administration and activities\n * Part of audits (with the auditor during the audits)\n * Part of the Control Plan \u0026 FMEA review\n * Participate in risk analysis and mitigation activities for Quality, H\u0026S and Environmental\n * Updating and uploading the Audit Calendar monthly\n * Uploading of the 8QB Audit monthly\n * Assisting in creating or updating documents and templates\n * Requesting responsible people to update the Contingency Plan \u0026 back up test plan (PC\u0026L responsibility)\n * Conducting training for new employees on document control.\n * Updating the weekly and Monthly reports\n * Attending daily, weekly \u0026 monthly meetings\n * Management of consumables that the department needs\n * Assisting the Quality Manager / Department in any tasks given.\n * Management of department calendar/diary\n * Consolidation, analysis and reporting of data\n * Placing of orders\n\n\n\n## Your profile and competencies to succeed\n\nQualification/s\n\nThe minimum qualification/s required for this position is/are:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or National Diploma in Engineering/Quality Management or related field.\n\n\n\nKnowledge \u0026 Experience\n\n * Knowledge of Quality standards, IATF16949:2016; OHSAS 18001; ISO 14001 and understanding the Company Quality Systems\n\n\n\nSkills \u0026 Competencies\n\n * Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety \u0026 Environment skills\n * Strong computer knowledge and skills\n * Strong people management and interpersonal skills\n * Innovation and change management skills\n\n\n\n## What we can do for you\n\n * At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. \n * We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. \n * We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
