What You'll Do In Your Sales Internship:
- Manage high volumes of communication (calls, emails, messages) to address customer needs and answer their queries promptly and accurately.
- Ensure high lead and order conversion rates through follow -up and deal closing.
- Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback gathering.
- Update internal CRM databases and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
What We're Looking For In A Sales Intern:
- Matric qualification and a passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
