Work Readiness
Program for STEM Graduates LIVING WITH DISABILITIES.

Are you a recent graduate in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and passionate about powering the
future? Join our 3 -month Work Readiness Program designed to prepare
talented graduates for exciting opportunities in electricity and energy
industry.

About the Program

This program provides structured, hands -on learning designed to bridge the gap
between academic study and the professional world. You'll gain essential
skills, insights into the energy sector, and mentorship from industry
professionals.

Requirements

Who Should Apply?

We’re calling all ambitious graduates with qualifications in STEM fields,
including:

Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or
Chemical Engineering

Energy Studies, Renewable Energy

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,
Statistics

Computer Science, Information Technology

Environmental Science or related field

Minimum
Qualification Requirements:

Postgraduate, Degree, or Diploma (NQF Level 8–5) in a STEM -related field
South African citizen LIVING WITH A DISABILITY
Recently graduated or final year student with
minimal or no work experience
Strong interest in the energy/electricity industry
Committed to completing the full duration of the
program
