MISSION: 12 MONTHS OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT

This
is a high -performance journey designed to push you to your limits and beyond.
Over 12 months, you will gain hands -on experience in:

• Frontline Engineering: Real plant and heavy industrial site exposure.
  
• Deep Technical Mastery: Asset Performance, Reliability Engineering, and RCM
  strategy.
  
• Problem Solving: Root Cause Analysis and performance optimization projects.
  
• The Future: Digital analytics and engineering data interpretation.
  
• Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior engineers with quarterly
  performance tracking.
  

Requirements

YOU ARE:

You

• A completed BEng/BSc
  Engineering Degree.
  
• At least 1 year of
  relevant engineering experience.

• Contract: 12 -Month Fixed Term.
