Job Description - Software dev graduate program

We are seeking a Software Developer graduate to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications according to business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Students from the University of the Witwatersrand and Stellenbosch University preferred.

Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science related field (preferred).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.

Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and/or mobile app development (e.g., Android, iOS).

Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.

Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
