Your Role at 1Nebula:  

We have an exciting 12-month internship opportunity for you to practically apply your technical knowledge in real life scenarios and get hands-on experience with programming languages, frameworks, and tools used at 1Nebula.  

You will be able to learn to tackle real-life challenges, solve problems, and debug issues, thereby bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation.  

You will gain an understanding of the importance of collaboration, version control, documentation, and quality assurance in delivering successful software projects throughout the software development lifecycle. Lastly, you will be able to work on real-world projects and deliver results that will boost your self-confidence and prepare you for future roles in software development. 

What You’ll Do:   

• You will be working closely with a mentor within 1Nebula as well as fellow interns throughout your 12-month internship.  


• You will be working on two team projects as well as one individual project to gain exposure in API integration and traditional code development.  


• You will gain exposure to the software development life cycle and be required to work as a team through the application of Agile methodologies, to deliver an excellent product.  


• At the end of the 12-month internship, you will be required to present your portfolio of evidence to the company to showcase your experience and knowledge gained during the internship.  


• The final step of the internship is to possibly secure a full-time software development position at 1Nebula to further support your career development.  

What You Have: 

• Completed a degree/higher certificate in the following fields: 
  
  
  
  •   Computer science 
  
  
  •   Software engineering or other relevant fields 
  
  
  
  


• Relevant coursework/projects showcasing programming skills are advantageous 


• A strong foundation in programming languages, such as C# or any other applicable languages are essential 


• Basic programming skills 


• Debugging skills 


• The ability to break down complex problems, analyze them logically, and develop efficient solutions 


• Willingness to take on challenges 


• The ability to work well in a team environment 


• Ability to work independently
