We are looking for a Candidate Attorney in Tijger Park 2

A legal firm based in Bellville is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Candidate Attorney to join their litigation team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in litigation matters, including Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims, while completing their articles of clerkship.

- Assist attorneys with litigation and RAF-related matters

- Conduct legal research and assist with preparing legal documents

- Draft correspondence, pleadings and other legal documents under supervision

- Assist with preparation of matters for court

- Attend consultations, court proceedings and meetings where required

- Communicate with clients, advocates and other legal professionals

- Maintain and organise legal files and case documentation

- Provide general administrative and legal support to the team

- LLB degree

- Eligible to complete articles of clerkship in South Africa

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- A genuine interest in litigation

- Willingness to learn and develop practical legal skills

- Previous litigation or RAF experience is advantageous but not essential
