Job Description:

Multichoice Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval according to company policies. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. - Prepare and process payments to vendors through various payment methods. - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounts payable.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and persuade vendors. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Diploma or degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
