Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Cell C in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Review and process invoices in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and motivated personality traits - Leadership skills for potential growth within the team - A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
