Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Gold Fields is seeking a reliable and passionate Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with month-end close processes - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Reliable and passionate about financial processes - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
