Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Nedbank Group. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process remotely, ensuring timely and accurate collections from clients.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Reconcile accounts and work with clients to address any issues - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions - Assist in financial reporting as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Confident and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative - Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
