Remote Accounts Receivable

Discovery Limited is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Accounts Receivable to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no experience required.

Responsibilities: - Review and process incoming payments - Prepare and send invoices to clients - Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection - Communicate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies - Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management - Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent time management skills - Strong critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Effective communication skills - Willingness to learn and grow in the role
