Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Mondi Group in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function of the company.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments - Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and issues - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
