Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

FirstRand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices - Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any billing issues - Prepare monthly financial reports - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Provide support during audits

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong attention to detail - Strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
