Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate, working from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies - Follow up with customers on outstanding balances - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues - Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Cooperation and creativity in problem-solving
