Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Aspen Pharmacare is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This position is perfect for an individual with at least 3 years of experience at the Associate level who is looking to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable by invoicing customers, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collection of payments - Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts - Analyze financial data related to accounts receivable and provide recommendations for improvement - Prepare reports on accounts receivable performance for management review

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work from home environment
