Job Description:

Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position suitable for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing and processing online accounts payable transactions. 2. Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts. 3. Monitoring and maintaining vendor accounts. 4. Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes. 5. Generating and analyzing financial reports related to accounts payable. 6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 8. Providing support during audits and financial reviews. 9. Participating in special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proven experience working in accounts payable. 3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Strategic planning skills to optimize processes. 8. Hardworking attitude with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
