Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA but will offer the flexibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of business activities - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage and motivate a team of remote workers - Monitor and report on key performance indicators - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives - Resolve any operational issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and confident personality traits - People management and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
